After a year of university Art, Michael traveled greater Europe in search of its Art Museums and Historic Art Sites. He completed his Sculpture Degree at the University of Arizona. He married fellow student Cindy. They have two sons.

Michael has collaborated with many an art committee. He knows bronze intimately and has personal access to four art bronze foundries in Prescott. He has installed most of his completed sculpture commissions personally, working with designers and architects for the base and landscape designs.
